Job summary

Howden UK Brokers is seeking dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Directors to join our growing Professional Services team in London. You will develop new business across our Professional Services client base, opening conversations with prospects and nurturing existing pipelines.

This role is highly relationship-driven, requiring you to engage C-suite executives, present confidently, and collaborate with colleagues across the wider Howden group to deliver cross-sell solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in originating and winning new business.
• Experience with Professional Services or related networks is advantageous.
• Ability to build relationships with C-suite executives.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the initiative to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to London regularly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and open new conversations with prospective Professional Services clients.
• Develop a pipeline across mid-market and larger clients.
• Build and leverage a strong network to identify opportunities.
• Represent Howden with credibility in client meetings and proposals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Howden group to deliver cross-sell opportunities.
