Journey Further is seeking a Growth Director to own and close high-value new business opportunities (£200K+ ACV). You will shape commercial narratives, lead pitches, and negotiate terms with senior marketing and commercial leaders.

You’ll coordinate with growth, channel, strategy and creative teams to ensure every deal is scoped well, priced appropriately, and positioned for long-term success. A strong agency new business background and proven targets are essential.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing and integrated paid media.
• A proven track record of meeting or beating new business targets.
• Agency new business experience selling services, not products.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills for C-suite audiences.
• Confident commercial judgment on scope, pricing and negotiation.
• Team player who brings specialists into pitches.
• Experience selling across channels including digital PR, paid social, creative and CRO.
• Vision on AI/LLMs shaping brand discovery.
