Job summary

United Learning, a national apprenticeship provider, is seeking a Partnerships and Enrolment Lead to manage end-to-end enrolment processes and keep records across systems. You will work closely with marketing to boost recruitment and develop structured learner journeys across schools and partners.

You should be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring smooth operations and strong learner experiences from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing enrolment systems or coordinating admin processes.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end enrolment process across schools and partners.
• Keep records across key enrolment systems up to date.
• Support apprenticeship compliance, tracking & reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on recruitment marketing to attract learners.
• Maintain structured, efficient workflows across teams.
