Job summary

Joining Careers Education is seeking a Head of Partnerships to drive strategic growth across children's social care and education. You will cultivate high-level relationships with Local Authorities, schools and partners, identify new markets, and shape opportunities to create sustainable revenue growth.

You will lead strategic partnerships and new business development, working with the Commercial Director to convert opportunities into commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business development, partnerships or commercial growth.
• Strong understanding of children's social care and/or education is desirable.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop strategic growth opportunities across children's social care and education.
• Identify emerging markets, services and revenue opportunities.
• Research policy changes and regional strategies to spot growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic propositions that create new routes to market.
• Build high‑level external relationships with Local Authorities, schools and charities.
• Lead new business development at a strategic level and maintain a growth pipeline.
• Collaborate with leadership to align opportunities with commercial objectives.
• Represent the organisation at sector events and network with senior decision-makers.
