Job summary

Sage, based in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Data Performance Analyst to shape how we drive revenue growth across our customer base. You'll work with commercial, product, growth and analytics teams to turn complex data into actionable strategies that accelerate migration, reduce churn and unlock expansion opportunities.

In this hybrid Newcastle role, you will develop segmentation frameworks, design predictive models, and define data-driven playbooks for retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• Commercial understanding with SaaS/recurring revenue experience.
• Segmentation models or analytical frameworks that drive measurable performance.
• Translate analytics into growth recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Turn complex datasets into clear commercial insights.
• Experience supporting retention, migration, expansion initiatives through data-led decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer segmentation frameworks and commercial models for migration, retention, and expansion.
• Design analytical models predicting customer behaviour and growth opportunities.
• Define data-driven strategies to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
• Build prioritisation frameworks for targeting customers with interventions.
• Lead analytical workstreams supporting migration programmes and benefits tracking.
• Deliver fintech performance analytics identifying growth drivers and adoption trends.
• Support executive performance reporting with KPIs and insights.
