Wayfair in London is seeking a Category Management professional to manage a portfolio of supplier accounts in a hybrid role based in London. You will analyze key metrics, derive growth strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supplier and category performance.

The ideal candidate will have English fluency, a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder skills, and the ability to negotiate and execute strategic initiatives. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Proven ability to build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute strategy.
• Articulate and persuasive communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to manage and prioritise projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of supplier accounts.
• Analyse key metrics and derive strategies to improve supplier and category performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Wayfair on suppliers/Category.
• Negotiate to secure best pricing and build relationships with suppliers (including C-suite).
• Drive catalog expansion: identify gaps, develop relationships with target suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for sales, merchandising and operations improvements.
• Analyse competitor marketing, selection and pricing strategies.
• Attend trade shows and visit key suppliers 2-5 times per year.
