Job summary

RR is seeking a Founder’s Associate – Strategic Projects & Growth to join a small, autonomous team in London. You’ll collaborate with the founder to transform promising ideas into structured, commercially viable projects, from new products and services to new markets and revenue streams.

You’ll take ownership of planning, resource gathering and execution, driving each initiative through to launch while balancing scope, risks and costs in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Evidence that you’ve taken loosely defined ideas or business problems and turned them into something tangible and commercially valuable.

Responsibilities

• Turn new business ideas into clear, practical execution plans.
• Run multiple projects simultaneously from scope through to launch.
• Research markets, technologies, suppliers and commercial partners.
• Assess new opportunities and determine the best route forward.
• Source and manage suppliers, consultants and specialists.
• Use technology, AI and automation to create smarter, scalable solutions.
• Improve processes and ways of working across the business.
• Manage scope, priorities, risks, costs and commercial outcomes.
