Job summary

GetGround is seeking a Founder Associate to support the CEO & COO, tackling high-priority problems that shape how we grow globally. You’ll handle end-to-end work from identifying questions to execution, including building models and crafting strategic materials.

You’ll work directly with leadership to turn insights into actions, improve funnels, and prepare for external discussions. This role requires sharp analytical reasoning, strong communication, and resilience in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or operating roles at startups.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify key metrics quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Able to influence without direct authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO & COO’s highest-priority problems end to end.
• Do the analysis yourself, build models, stress-test conclusions.
• Turn strategy into deliverables that ship and measure impact.
• Prepare the CEO & COO for board meetings and investor conversations.
• Spot critical issues and bring problems to leadership.
