Job summary

Retail Insights, based in London near Sloane Square, seeks a Founder Associate to drive growth and build a world-class leadership team. You will manage all aspects of the business, scale conferences, and shape strategy with a fast-paced, ambitious culture.

You will recruit, lead and develop teams, oversee conferences from planning to delivery, foster client relationships, and expand in international markets while reporting to the executive team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience from high-speed, results-driven organisations (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate or start-up).
• Bachelor's degree with outstanding results; MBA may be preferred for growth leadership.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication/in interpersonal skills.

• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.
• Execute strategy at a rapid pace.

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition.
