Job summary

Metaview is seeking a Growth Manager to scale its self-serve growth engine in the United Kingdom. You’ll own the end‑to‑end growth funnel—from acquisition and activation to conversion and expansion—working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing and Sales to identify bottlenecks, run experiments, and build scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in product-led growth at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• A track record of owning activation, paid conversion, self-serve revenue, retention or expansion.
• Strong understanding of growth loops, experimentation, onboarding, lifecycle marketing and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on builder mentality: take experiments from idea to launch and iterate quickly.
• Customer-first, product-minded with strong UX and messaging to optimize sign-up/onboarding flows.
• Excitement about using AI as a force multiplier in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Run rapid growth experiments: Identify opportunities, launch experiments quickly, measure outcomes and double down on what works.
• Improve the self-serve funnel: Optimize sign-up, onboarding, activation, upgrade flows and product messaging to help more users reach value and convert.
• Drive self-serve growth: Drive the metrics that matter—new accounts, activation, paid conversion, expansion and self-serve revenue.
• Build AI-native growth systems: Use AI to automate workflows, generate creative, analyze performance and accelerate experimentation across the entire growth function.
