AnyVan is hiring a Growth Specialist to execute high-impact projects across marketing, product, sales and operations, driving the company’s global expansion. The role emphasizes rapid experimentation, data-driven decision making, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with executives to own outcomes, ship scalable growth plays, and use AI tools to accelerate execution while maintaining commercial focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth, performance marketing or Business Operations experience.
• Startup mindset in a fast-paced B2C scale-up.
• Highly analytical with comfort in spreadsheet-driven decision making.
• Broad exposure across the full stack of growth levers.
• Bias for action and willingness to move fast in ambiguity.
• Willingness to be onsite at least 3 days per week in UK offices.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority campaigns and drive commercial impact across channels and segments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales and operations to ship experiments.
• Interrogate data and derive insights to explain campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Move quickly, ship a scrappy V1 of ideas, learn from data, and iterate.
