Job summary

KatKin is seeking a Growth Analyst to help optimise Acquisition, Retention and Product growth. You will be an embedded strategic partner to growth teams, shaping questions, surfacing opportunities, and turning analysis into clear recommendations that move the business forward.

You will work closely with Marketing and Product, using data to understand where growth is coming from, identify where value leaks occur, and determine interventions to improve conversion, retention and marketing

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing/product/growth analytics.
• Ability to analyse funnels, cohorts, experiments and lifecycle behaviour.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis on CRO, funnel and channel performance weekly and monthly.
• Identify risks and opportunities through proactive monitoring and reviews.
• Design, analyse and interpret experiments (A/B, incrementality).
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to shape strategy and priorities.
• Build narratives from data and turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
