Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in growth or marketing roles.
• A UK work permit; we do not sponsor visas.
• Bachelor or Master degree with strong results.
• Strong work ethic with urgency and ownership.
• Willingness to travel for conferences.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience and convert every fund into our community, ensuring the right message at the right time.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new channels.
• Write persuasive copy that converts, using AI to scale.
• Sprint, test, and optimize offers, copy, prices and pages.
• Build scalable AI-driven playbooks and workflows.
• Deliver value to clients and support business growth.
