Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a growth/marketing or startup setting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong results.
• UK work permit required; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Build audience and target investors to grow the community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue and conversions.
• Write compelling copy and leverage AI to scale outreach.
• Sprint, test, and iterate campaigns to improve metrics.
• Travel to conferences and events as needed.
