Job summary

Private Equity Insights is seeking a Growth role in London to help build the world’s largest network for private equity investors. You’ll own fast execution, write compelling copy, map investors, and deploy AI to outperform larger teams.

The role offers ownership from week one, rapid learning, and opportunities for internal promotion. You will travel for conferences and work from our London WeWork office full-time.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong results.
• UK work permit; visa sponsorship not available.
• Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
• Proactive ownership mindset and passion for building businesses.
• Interest in continuous learning and optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience and convert funds into our community with precise messaging.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new efforts.
• Write persuasive copy for emails, landing pages and posts, leveraging AI.
• Sprint, test, and implement offers, copy, prices and pages.
• Create scalable systems and AI workflows for repeatable wins.
• Contribute to conferences and help travel when required.
