Job summary

Private Equity Insights Ltd is seeking a Growth role in its London office to help build the world’s largest network for private equity investors. You will work in sprints, own outcomes from day one, and learn rapidly through hands-on ownership, coaching, and internal promotion opportunities.

You will map investors, target messages, and deploy AI to outperform larger teams while contributing to revenue growth across channels. This role is full-time, on-site in London with travel.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Min. a bachelor or master degree with great results
• A UK work permit. We do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic with urgency and ownership of outcomes
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced growth environment

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying, targeting, and converting funds into the community and delivering the right messaging at the right time
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new efforts
• Write persuasive copy for emails, landing pages, and posts; leverage AI at scale
