Private Equity Insights is the world’s largest Private Equity community, connecting 1m PE professionals and running global conferences. We seek a Growth role in London with real ownership from week one, contributing to audience building, targeted messaging, and revenue-driven marketing.

You will work in sprints, learn to deploy AI for scalable growth, and frequently interact with elite investors. The role is in-person at our London office, with travel as part of the package and a strong path for

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong results.
• UK work permit; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency.
• Proactive approach and ownership of work.
• Willingness to travel for work (approx. 20 days per year).

Responsabilités

• Build the audience by identifying and converting each fund into our community.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue and growth.
• Write copy that persuades for emails, landing pages and posts.
• Sprint, test, and implement experiments to move the numbers.
• Build scalable systems and AI workflows for repeatable wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win and deliver value to clients.
