Private Equity Insights is seeking a Growth professional to help build the world's largest network for private equity investors. You will gain ownership from your first week, learn fast, and deploy AI to outperform larger teams.

The role is full-time and based in London at our WeWork office, with travel typical for events. You will join an ambitious, entrepreneurial team dedicated to rapid learning and impact.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Min. a bachelor or master degree with great results.
• A UK work permit. We do not sponsor visas.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency.
• Exceptional drive and desire to be the best at what you do.
• Proactive approach and sense of ownership of everything you do.
• Interested in continuous learning and proactively searching for ways to optimise.

Responsibilities

• Build the audience by identifying and targeting funds and delivering the right message at the right time.
• Own marketing channels that drive revenue through existing and new activities.
• Write copy that persuades emails, landing pages and posts, and leverage AI at scale.
• Sprint, test, and implement experiments to move metrics.
• Build scalable AI workflows and playbooks for repeatable wins.
• Do whatever it takes to win, including supporting events and operations.
