As Grower, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality crops throughout the production cycle, applying your technical knowledge to ensure plants are grown efficiently and to the highest standards.
You will have responsibility for managing key growing activities, including irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease control, growth regulation, and environmental monitoring.
Working closely with the wider nursery team, you'll help identify crop issues, implement solutions, and make informed decisions to optimise plant health, quality, and performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking responsibility for their crops and seeing the results of their decisions firsthand.
