The Opportunity

Our client grows over one million plants each year and has invested significantly in modern production facilities, including mechanised production lines and specialist growing infrastructure.

As Nursery Production Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring production runs efficiently, resources are effectively managed, and plants are delivered to the highest standards.

Working closely with the Nursery Operations Manager, you'll turn seasonal production plans into day-to-day action, coordinating people, machinery, stock, and logistics to ensure targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

This is a highly visible role with responsibility for production planning, team leadership, stock management, logistics, and continuous improvement across multiple nursery sites.

  • Experience managing production processes or operational workflows
