Job summary

MorePeople is partnering with a well-established UK horticultural business to recruit a Grower for its Warwickshire nursery. You’ll manage irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease control, growth regulation and environmental monitoring to deliver high-quality crops.

With 2–3 years’ experience in a commercial nursery, you’ll bring hands-on expertise, problem-solving and a passion for plants to help grow premium UK stock.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a commercial nursery or growing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease management, and growth regulation.
• Ability to make growing decisions and adapt techniques across different crop types.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality crops throughout the production cycle.
• Manage irrigation, nutrition, pest and disease control, growth regulation, and environmental monitoring.
• Identify crop issues, implement solutions and optimise plant health and performance.
