Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries for leisure groups, tours, social and any other groups as required.
• Understand the host’s needs, recommend suitable spaces and packages and provide timely, persuasive proposals and show rounds.
• Follow up qualified enquiries consistently and maintain accurate pipeline, conversion, forecast and lost-business records.
• Prepare accurate function information and coordinate a structured operational handover to all relevant departments.
• Complete post-event follow-up to obtain feedback, referrals, future dates and opportunities across the client’s wider network.
