Job summary

Ipeco Holdings Limited is seeking a skilled Training & Apprenticeship Lead to design, develop and assess structured development programmes and apprenticeships across the group. The role includes coordinating schedules, delivering learner-focused training, and ensuring progress aligns with recognised standards.

Travel to other UK sites is required. Ideal candidates will have experience coaching learners, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting learners or employees.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging learners.
• Excellent organisational and administrative record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured development programmes and apprenticeships.
• Coordinate training activity, schedules and documentation to meet group requirements.
• Deliver and support programmes focusing on practical skills and learner progression.
• Assess learner progress and programme outcomes against standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with Supervisors/Managers to identify training needs and provide feedback.
