What’s involved?

As a Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing for a portfolio of luxury hotels & outlets in line with the overall financial business objectives. Your duties will include managing existing accounts, developing new accounts and projects to generate revenue, working with the management team, head office, and marketing third parties, and reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements
  • Prior experience within hospitality, ideally at Cluster or Group Manager level
  • A Corporate and MICE background is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, with experience in business development, yield management, and dealing with OTAs
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in proactive and reactive sales management
