Job summary

Travelodge UK is seeking a Group Sales Advisor to support the Group Sales team in achieving revenue targets by converting enquiries into bookings and delivering an effortless experience.

You will manage group bookings, build relationships with corporate, leisure, and travel trade customers, and work with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timely bookings and high standards of service. You’ll help train new staff, maintain SLAs, and contribute to improvements in the hotel support centre.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong sales acumen to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in bookings and records.

Responsibilities

• Manage Group bookings over 10 rooms via a central booking system.
• Understand customer requirements to deliver right first time offers.
• Drive conversion of offers to bookings with sales skills and relationships.
