Qualifications

• Experience advising on Group Risk and Employee Benefits for SME or corporate clients.
• Proven ability to win new business and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present tailored risk solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise SME and corporate clients on Group Risk and Employee Benefits.
• Build relationships with business owners, HR Directors and senior decision-makers.
• Develop opportunities through existing relationships and referrals.
• Identify and win new business and manage a strong pipeline.
• Provide compliant, tailored recommendations and support ongoing client needs.
• Contribute to development of the wider Group Risk proposition.
