Job summary

Caspian is recruiting a senior Group Risk professional in Manchester to lead client advisory on Group Risk and Employee Benefits. You will build relationships with SME and corporate clients, identify opportunities, and drive new business with insurers and internal teams.

You’ll influence the proposition’s development, own a robust pipeline, and operate in a hybrid working model based in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Group Risk and/or Employee Benefits.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing consultative skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to win new business.
• Broker or intermediary background is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Advise SME and corporate clients on Group Risk and Employee Benefits.
• Develop relationships with business owners, HR Directors and senior decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities through existing networks and referrals.
• Win new business and develop a strong pipeline.
• Conduct client fact-finds and needs analyses.
• Collaborate with insurers to tailor recommended solutions.
• Deliver compliant, tailored recommendations and long-term service.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Group Risk proposition.
