Job summary

Co-op seeks a Group Business Resilience Lead in Manchester to shape resilience across Food, Funeralcare, Legal, Insurance and Wholesale. You will own the resilience framework, embed the Minimum Viable Company model, and lead crisis management and business continuity initiatives across the organisation.

You will manage a team of resilience experts, design training and reporting, and build strong stakeholder relationships while working in a hybrid mode between home and office.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business resilience, crisis management and business continuity.
• Systems-thinking approach to spot risks and patterns.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and present ideas with impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group Business Resilience Framework and Policy, ensuring alignment with objectives, risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
• Embed Co-op's Minimum Viable Company model and catalogue of critical services and enablers.
• Lead and improve crisis management and business continuity programmes across Co-op.
