Job summary

NG Bailey Group is hiring a Finance Manager – Group Reporting in Leeds. You will support the Group reporting cycle, prepare reports for senior management and the Board, and ensure clear communication of complex financial information.

The role requires strong technical accounting, analytical skills, and experience with consolidations or multi-entity environments. You will engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to governance-related activities.

Qualifications

• This role requires newly or recently qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience with group reporting, consolidations or multi-entity environments is advantageous.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear messages for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Group reporting cycle and deliver timely financial information.
• Prepare presentations and materials for senior management and Board papers.
• Communicate complex accounting in clear, concise messages to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve governance and reporting processes.
