Job summary

Zenith Group in Leeds is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to join our Group Finance team. Based in Leeds with agile working arrangements, the role delivers statutory, external and regulatory reporting while supporting governance, controls and continuous improvement across the Group.

You will collaborate with Management Accounting, Treasury, Commercial Finance and Tax to maintain strong financial control, enable informed decision making and drive reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, audit, statutory accounting or a broader finance role.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to apply accounting standards in practice.
• Experience preparing statutory accounts and supporting audit processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Experience within vehicle leasing, financial services, asset finance, regulated environments or finance transformation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Group statutory, external and regulatory reporting obligations accurately and on time.
• Prepare Group and subsidiary financial statements and supporting disclosures.
• Coordinate external audit activities and manage auditor information requests.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Group accounting policies, controls and governance standards.
• Own key balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Document key accounting judgements and estimates to support reporting and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls and data quality.
