Job summary

Travel Counsellors Limited seeks a Group Reporting Manager to own the Group consolidation, IFRS reporting, and annual statutory accounts. You will lead a small team, coordinate external audits, and ensure data integrity and robust controls across the finance function.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Proven experience coordinating external audits and delivering high-quality evidence on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group consolidation process, including FX translation and intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Group reporting packs and external reporting for stakeholders.
• Provide technical accounting expertise across IFRS and acquisitions.
• Coordinate finance onboarding for new acquisitions and mapping of the Chart of Accounts.
• Lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts and coordinate external audits.
• Own the D365 Chart of Accounts and maintain reporting controls and data integrity.
• Drive improvements in reporting and governance while managing a direct report.
