Travel Counsellors is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to own the Group consolidation, FX translation and intercompany eliminations from the Manchester HQ. You will prepare consolidated packs and external reports for banks, insurers, investors and regulators, while maintaining IFRS compliance and robust controls.

The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, audit coordination experience, and the ability to lead reporting improvements with a focus on timely, accurate information.

• Strong technical accounting experience and IFRS knowledge.
• Experience coordinating external audits and providing audit evidence on deadlines.
• Attention to detail and disciplined deadline management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Group consolidation process including FX translation and intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Group reporting packs and external reporting for banks, insurers, investors and regulators.
• Provide technical accounting guidance across the Group per IFRS and policy.
• Coordinate finance onboarding for new acquisitions including COA mapping and opening balances.
• Lead the annual statutory accounts, coordinate external audits, and oversee tax submissions.
• Maintain the D365 Chart of Accounts and ensure data integrity and controls across the Group.
• Drive improvements in reporting and governance while managing one direct report.
