Job summary

Investigo is seeking an Interim Head of Group Reporting to lead group consolidation, statutory reporting and technical accounting across a complex global business. The role focuses on monthly reporting, annual IFRS consolidation, and UK statutory accounts, while coordinating with external auditors and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified accountant.
• Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation and statutory accounts.
• Excellent technical accounting knowledge across IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience in a large, international and multi-entity environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly group reporting and consolidation process, including management accounts and board reporting.
• Manage the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
• Oversee UK statutory accounts and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines.
• Act as the key contact for external auditors and coordinate year-end audits.
• Provide technical accounting support across IFRS and UK GAAP, including new accounting standards.
• Drive improvements across reporting, consolidation and control processes.
• Support ESG reporting requirements and disclosure obligations.
• Manage and develop a small team while partnering with finance, tax, treasury and legal stakeholders.
• Ensure robust financial controls and balance sheet governance across the group.

We are currently working with an established international organisation is seeking an Interim Head of Group Reporting to join its finance team. You will lead group consolidation, statutory reporting and technical accounting activities across a complex global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly group reporting and consolidation process, including management accounts and board reporting.
• Manage the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
