Job Title: Group Planning and Reporting Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract Type: 6-Month Interim

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £500-£700 per day (Inside IR35)

We're currently seeking an experienced Group Planning and Reporting Manager for a 6-month interim assignment with a globally recognised organisation. This role sits at the heart of the Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function and will play a vital part in delivering high-quality financial insight, supporting key planning cycles, and enabling effective decision-making across a complex international structure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the coordination and delivery of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reforecasts.
2. Produce timely, accurate monthly management information (MI) and consolidated cash flow forecasting.
3. Support the preparation of reporting packs for executive stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with global finance teams and shared services to ensure streamlined processes and consistent reporting.
5. Input into finance transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new planning and reporting tools.
6. Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and outputs.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Strong background in financial planning & analysis, with experience in a group/head office or multinational environment.
2. Track record of providing strategic finance support to senior stakeholders.
3. Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial systems (SAP experience desirable).
4. Excellent interpersonal and business partnering skills.
5. Commercial finance experience, ideally in an organisation undergoing change.
6. Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Preferred Industry Backgrounds:

We'd particularly like to hear from candidates with experience in international NGOs, global education bodies, public sector institutions, or large multinational companies - particularly those that operate across multiple geographies with centralised reporting structures.
