A fast-growing FMCG business based in London is recruiting for a newly created Group Reporting Manager position to take a lead in the group accounting team. This role will offer hybrid working with 2/3 days in the office per week.

The business continues to enjoy YOY growth through organic means as well as via acquisitions, and this role will help support that growth on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS
• Provide assistance to the wider finance team on any technical accounting matters
• Working closely with different business units on any technical issues they may encounter including valuations
• Partake in the group's audit process
• Writing group policies on accounting policy and lead the implementation of any relevant changes including accounting standards, GAAP, etc.
• Assist with the implementation of a new consolidation tool

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified accountant from a top-tier accounting firm with significant post-qualified experience in industry
• Experience within an FMCG or stock-based organisation would be advantageous
• Experienced with technical accounting matters and consolidated financial statements
• Track record of process improvements and implementations

Salary: £105000 - £115000 per annum + bonus, hybrid working
