Job Title: Group Planning and Reporting Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract Type: 6-Month Interim
Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £500-£700 per day (Inside IR35)

We're currently seeking an experienced Group Planning and Reporting Manager for a 6-month interim assignment with a globally recognised organisation. This role sits at the heart of the Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function and will play a vital part in delivering high-quality financial insight, supporting key planning cycles, and enabling effective decision-making across a complex international structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and delivery of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reforecasts.
• Produce timely, accurate monthly management information (MI) and consolidated cash flow forecasting.
• Support the preparation of reporting packs for executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and shared services to ensure streamlined processes and consistent reporting.
• Input into finance transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new planning and reporting tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and outputs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in financial planning & analysis, with experience in a group/head office or multinational environment.
• Track record of providing strategic finance support to senior stakeholders.
• Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial systems (SAP experience desirable).
• Excellent interpersonal and business partnering skills.
• Commercial finance experience, ideally in an organisation undergoing change.
• Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

We'd particularly like to hear from candidates with experience in international NGOs, global education bodies, public sector institutions, or large multinational companies - particularly those that operate across multiple geographies with centralised reporting structures.
