Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) is seeking a Group Organisational Effectiveness Lead to grow and sustain the group-wide capability. You will shape how MAG organises, collaborates and delivers change, turning strategic priorities into practical, productive ways of working that support sustainable growth.

With a significant change programme ahead, you will ensure organisational change aligns with MAG’s operating model and effectiveness principles, delivering measurable business outcomes through collaboration

Qualifications

• Strong applied knowledge of organisational effectiveness.
• Experience designing and leading diagnostics and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and adoption of organisational effectiveness measures, tools and reporting across MAG.
• Develop practical tools, guidance and learning to embed organisational effectiveness in ways of working.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to strengthen organisational effectiveness capability across MAG.
• Ensure alignment of people practices and workforce strategies with MAG’s design principles.
• Provide governance oversight and support forums to deliver effective outcomes.
• Lead benchmarking with Finance, reporting teams and external partners.
• Support directors to develop organisational effectiveness roadmaps and integrate with major change programmes.
