Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is recruiting an Organisational Effectiveness Senior Manager in the UK. You will shape the organisation's structure, operating model, and health to deliver strategic priorities.

The role collaborates with Executive Directors, HR Directors and senior leaders to drive transformation and sustainable performance. You will design future-fit operating models and provide evidence-based challenge, guiding large-scale programmes and matrix-team delivery across the Group.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large-scale organisational design and operating model transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in operating model design and organisation design.
• Strong data analysis capabilities using workforce data with Excel/Power BI.
• Proven ability to influence senior partners in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Directors and HR leaders to shape the organisational effectiveness agenda and prioritise pivotal initiatives.
• Identify and define high-impact organisational effectiveness opportunities with measurable business outcomes.
• Design and implement operating models and organisation structures aligned to strategy.
• Provide evidence-based insight to support major organisational decisions.
• Lead large-scale organisation design and operating model transformation programmes end-to-end.
• Coordinate matrix teams of functional specialists to deliver target designs.
• Bring external insight to evolve organisational effectiveness approaches.
• Build OE capability by coaching People Partners, OE managers and leaders.
