Heathrow is seeking a Head of Organisation Effectiveness to lead the development of organisational structures, governance and workforce strategies that enable the business to perform at its best.

You will drive organisation design, workforce planning, establishment management and governance across the business, using data and best practice to simplify the organisation and strengthen decision-making, partnering with senior leaders to deliver long-term value.

• Lead organisation design, organisation effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, establishment management and workforce governance to align people, capabilities and investments with business priorities.
• Use data, insight and external best practice to simplify the organisation, strengthen decision-making and enhance organisational health.
• Build and embed frameworks, standards and governance that support effective organisation and workforce decisions, partnering with senior leaders and People Business Partners to deliver long-term value.

As Head of Organisation Effectiveness, you will lead the development of organisational structures, governance and workforce strategies that enable the business to perform at its best.

Working across the business, you will drive organisation design, organisation effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, establishment management and workforce governance, ensuring our people, capabilities and investments are aligned to business priorities. Using data, insight and external best practice, you will identify opportunities to simplify the organisation, strengthen decision-making and enhance organisational health.

You will also build and embed the frameworks, standards and governance that support effective organisation and workforce decisions, partnering closely with senior leaders and People Business Partners to ensure sustainable, well-governed outcomes that deliver long-term value for Heathrow.
