About the Role

As a new role in the business, we are looking for a professional marketeer with a depth of experience ideally in the new build residential sector. As the Head of Marketing, this individual will lead on all strategic and operational marketing needs of the business, and working with a small internal team and existing external agency, responsible for delivering customer leads to our two Regional Sales Teams. As an exciting new role, this individual will be pivotal as part of a wider newly formed Group Operations function and bring their marketing / branding and PR experience to develop our brand, our customer offer and drive business commercial performance. Outstanding commercial skills in addition to the required marketing skills are essential to drive best value for the Group and drive Return on Investment.
