Head of Marketing – (Social Welfare Charity, UK-based, remote with occasional meetings in London)

Type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Remote within the UK, with 1-2 meetings per month in London (expenses covered)

This innovative charity helps Muslims calculate and give Zakat to those in need across the UK. An exciting opportunity exists for a Head of Marketing to join the team. Responsibilities include growing brand awareness, enhancing donor engagement, managing digital presence, and creating high-quality content. The role leads a small team covering social media, content, creative, and corporate communications, aligning their work with the charity’s mission.

Who are we looking for?

Candidates should have at least five years of senior experience in digital and performance marketing. Extensive knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns and digital channels such as SEO, email, social media, and PPC is essential. The ideal candidate will be creative, capable of identifying target audiences, and devising campaigns that inform, educate, inspire, and motivate donors. Excellent communication and influencing skills are required, along with cultural awareness and sensitivity within faith-based contexts.
