Job summary

Ray Chapman Motors is seeking a highly organised Group Operations Executive to assist the Group Operations Director in coordinating priorities, projects and standards across multiple sites. The role focuses on improving management effectiveness, communication and accountability within a growing automotive group.

Responsibilities include maintaining the central action tracker, supporting management meetings, coordinating significant Group projects, and delivering executive support to the Group

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations or multi-site coordination is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Group’s central action tracker and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support management meetings with information gathering, decisions and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate Group projects and initiatives from start to implementation.
• Support operating standards across sites and coordinate audits.
• Aggregate operational information to support decision making and KPI tracking.
• Act as a central point across departments and dealerships to improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide executive support to the Group Operations Director, including diary management and briefing prep.
