Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience in SME environments.
• Curious, continuous improvement mindset with ability to explain financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts with P&L, balance sheet and schedules.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls.
• Analyse performance vs budgets/forecasts; identify variances and trends.
• Prepare commentary and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the group.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance.
• Assist with year-end audit and respond to external queries.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and finance projects.
• Contribute to process and reporting improvements.
