Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a Senior Group Consolidation Accountant to own month-end close, multi-entity consolidation and intercompany controls. You will manage currency translation, transfer pricing documentation and management charges across a growing multi-currency ecommerce business.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong Excel skills and ERP experience, plus comfort delivering precise reporting to deadlines without supervision.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with month-end close and multi-entity reporting experience.
• Hands-on consolidation and intercompany accounting experience.
• Experience in transfer pricing and management charges is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with ERP or mid-market accounting systems.
• Multi-currency and international experience is advantageous in ecommerce/retail/consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close for all Group entities with a fixed reporting timetable.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs for each Group entity with commentary against budget and prior year.
• Own the Group consolidation end-to-end, including intercompany eliminations and currency translation.
• Apply the Group transfer pricing policy and maintain supporting documentation.
• Calculate and review intercompany margins on stock and service flows between Group entities.
• Own the invoicing and posting of management charges across Group entities.
• Act as the point of contact for auditors and external advisers on consolidation and transfer pricing.
• Support The Beauty Tech Group's multi-currency ecommerce business with accurate Group reporting.

Job description

• Own the month-end close for all Group entities, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations, delivered to a fixed reporting timetable
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs for each Group entity, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, with commentary against budget and prior year
• Own the Group consolidation end to end, including elimination of intercompany balances and transactions, currency translation and preparation of consolidated results
• Own the practical application of the Group transfer pricing policy, calculating, posting and reviewing transfer pricing adjustments and maintaining supporting documentation
• Calculate and review intercompany margin on stock and service flows between Group entities, ensuring it is correctly eliminated on consolidation
• Own the calculation, invoicing and posting of management charges and recharges across Group entities
• Act as the point of contact for auditors and external advisers on consolidation, intercompany and transfer pricing matters
• Support The Beauty Tech Group's fast-growing, multi-currency e-commerce business by ensuring accurate and timely Group reporting

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience of month-end close and reporting in a multi-entity group
• Hands-on experience of consolidation and intercompany accounting
• Experience of transfer pricing and management charges is a strong plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Confidence working with an ERP or mid-market accounting system
• Comfortable owning deadlines and working accurately without close supervision
• Multi-currency and international experience, ideally within e-commerce, retail or consumer products
