Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Group IT Manager to lead a small technical team across multiple sites. You will combine hands-on operational management, cyber security and project delivery to support business priorities.

You’ll manage infrastructure, cloud services and the service desk, while ensuring robust security, continuity and effective stakeholder engagement with the Group IT Director and senior leaders.

Formación

• Five years’ IT leadership in a multi-site organisation with 300+ users.
• Proven IT operations management, service delivery and major incident handling.
• Strong cyber security, risk management and information governance knowledge.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 stack, Azure, Defender and identity governance.
• Experience with budgeting, procurement, suppliers and contracts.
• Understanding of UK GDPR and data protection obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the IT team, setting priorities and building capacity.
• Manage infrastructure, cloud services, applications, devices and service desk.
• Oversee cyber security, access controls, patching and incident response.
• Maintain business continuity, DR planning and high availability testing.
• Plan and deliver IT projects, managing scope, budgets and risks.
• Support IT strategy and investment, presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, suppliers and contracts to ensure value.
