SelectRecruitment.je seeks an experienced Infrastructure professional to manage and improve our critical platforms and services within a reputable financial services firm.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, support delivery on projects, and provide technical guidance while acting as the main escalation point for infrastructure issues. Strong vendor management and incident handling experience are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of seven years of proven experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration or infrastructure management.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Qualified in line with CSSF Circular 22/806 and DORA suitability and due diligence requirements.
• Experience managing technical incidents and escalations.
• Experience working with external support providers and vendors.
• Experience on projects and technology change initiatives.

Experienced and dynamic professional required to take responsibility for the day-to-day management, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of the infrastructure services and platforms within a reputable financial services firm. The successful candidate will oversee operations, support with projects, provide technical guidance to the team and be the primary point of escalation for any infrastructure-related issues.

Candidates should have at least seven years proven experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration or infrastructure management. You ll need experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and should be suitably qualified in line with suitability and due diligence requirements of CSSF Circular 22/806 and DORA. We would like to see individuals who are used to managing technical incidents and escalations, who have experience working with external support providers and vendors, and who have previously worked on projects and technology change initiatives.
