SelectRecruitment.je seeks an experienced Infrastructure professional to manage and improve our critical platforms and services within a reputable financial services firm.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, support delivery on projects, and provide technical guidance while acting as the main escalation point for infrastructure issues. Strong vendor management and incident handling experience are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of seven years of proven experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration or infrastructure management.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Qualified in line with CSSF Circular 22/806 and DORA suitability and due diligence requirements.
• Experience managing technical incidents and escalations.
• Experience working with external support providers and vendors.
• Experience on projects and technology change initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for day-to-day management, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure services and platforms.
• Oversee operations and support with projects; provide technical guidance to the team.
• Be the primary point of escalation for infrastructure-related issues.
• Collaborate with external providers and vendors to manage incidents and deliver changes.
