Job summary

Source Recruitment Group is seeking a senior infrastructure leader to manage day-to-day operations, stability and ongoing improvements of our infrastructure estate. You will work closely with the Group Head of Technology to ensure security, reliability and scalability to support business growth.

The role requires guiding a team, overseeing projects and acting as the main escalation point for infrastructure-related issues, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration or infrastructure management.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience supporting Azure environments.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects and technology change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure services and platforms.
• Ensure infrastructure remains secure, reliable, resilient and fit for purpose to support business growth.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of infrastructure services and platforms. The role ensures that core infrastructure services remain secure, reliable, resilient and fit for purpose while supporting business growth and operational requirements. Working closely with the Group Head of Technology, the role holder will oversee infrastructure operations, support infrastructure projects, provide technical guidance to team members and act as the primary escalation point for infrastructure-related issues. Candidatesshould have at least7 years’ experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration or infrastructure management, experience supporting Microsoft365 and Azure environments and experience supporting infrastructure projects and technology change initiatives.
