Novax Recruitment Ltd in Doncaster is seeking a Group Health & Safety Manager to lead safety strategy across multiple sites. You will drive standards, strengthen safety culture and ensure compliance with UK legislation and ISO 45001.

You’ll manage a team of H&S professionals, collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners, and lead investigations into incidents. A NEBOSH Diploma and Chartered IOSH status, plus 3+ years in a similar role, are preferred.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in General/Construction Health & Safety.
• Chartered IOSH membership, or working towards chartered status.
• At least three years’ experience in a Health & Safety management role at a similar level.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering or related industrial environments.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and management systems.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and maintaining H&S management systems.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction safety requirements.

• Develop and implement the group-wide Health & Safety strategy across multiple sites.
• Review and improve health and safety management systems, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation and industry guidance.
• Lead investigations into accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and develop a team of Health & Safety professionals.
