The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management across the LSBU Group Estate, managed through outsourced facilities management providers. The role involves planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets aligned with the estate master plan and organizational development, covering campuses at Southwark, Havering, Croydon, Lambeth, and Southwark.
This position is suited for candidates with proven experience managing large, diverse estates operational teams and outsourced contracts. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement, team leadership, technical building services knowledge, and customer service skills, all within budget constraints.
